Orders are filled in a timely manner, usually within 1 week. I will contact you if there is a delay. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks. I will be able to give you a time frame when you place your custom order.
All orders will receive a confirmation as well as a personal email from me that your order has been received. If you do not receive this personal email from me within 48-72 hours after you place your order, please email me and let me know. I strive to give my customers excellent and prompt service and this is one way I can assure you that your order was received by me. You will also receive a shipping date.
Orders will be shipped using Priority Mail through the United States Post Office. All orders within the United States are sent with a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. If you would like to purchase additional proof of delivery or have your package insured, please email me with your request. The customer will be responsible for paying for any additional insurance of proof of delivery.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds will be made for returns received within 14 days of return request. After 14 days, a store credit only will be issued.
If you need to return something, email us first and let us know. The reason for this is so we are aware that a package will be arriving from you. We also like to know the reason for the return as it enables us to maintain our high standards. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the merchandise in the same condition as it was sent. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items.

Items sold through distributor catalogs such as Handley House and Aztec Imports are not made by us and must be ordered. Consequently, we cannot guarantee the quality of these items.
